  • Current Footprint does NOT Meet the Needs of Today's Standards for Patient Privacy/Patient-Centered Care;
  • Construction Costs have Declined and Projections Indicate Increases are on the Horizon;
  • Interest Rates are Low-for How Long? Committing to the Project Now Helps Us Realize Millions of Dollars in Savings;
  • Our Active Medical Staff Continues to Grow. We now have over 40 Providers.
