• Providing Advanced Emergency Care Requires Hospitals to Bring All Levels of Care to Higher Standards and this includes the Laboratory, the Departments of Imaging and Surgery, as well as Patient Rooms;
• Current Footprint does NOT Meet the Needs of Today's Standards for Patient Privacy/Patient-Centered Care;
• Construction Costs have Declined and Projections Indicate Increases are on the Horizon;
• Interest Rates are Low-for How Long? Committing to the Project Now Helps Us Realize Millions of Dollars in Savings;
Our Active Medical Staff Continues to Grow. We now have over 40 Providers.

• 110,071 square feet in New and Renovated Space
• Relocation of Laboratory and Imaging Departments
• Relocation of Admissions to a Central Location
• Demolition of the Vacant Coe Medical Office Building for Expansion
• Creation of the Infrastructure Needed for Future Replacement Patient Rooms
• Separation of Public and Patient Corridors, Providing Better Protection and Privacy
• New Main Entrance to Remove Confusion and Provide Improved Wayfinding
